Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and spatial computing
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with 50+ engineers and designers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience leading global innovation teams (100+ personnel)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight (APF or equivalent)
- Expertise in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
