Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical strategy with product roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or consulting
- Proven experience with emerging technologies and digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in fast-paced, innovative tech environments
- Certifications in technology strategy or relevant fields preferred
