- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate disruptive startups and partnerships
- Present strategic insights to executive board and industry thought leadership forums
- Architect ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
