- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and disruptors
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive R&D investments in high-impact innovation areas
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in STEM field or MBA with tech specialization
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience building high-performing interdisciplinary teams
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (preferred)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) a plus
