Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives ($50M+ budgets)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry innovation leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature on emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
