Responsibilities
- Develop forward-looking technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic visions into actionable implementation plans
- Partner with C-suite executives to position technology as a competitive differentiator
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory changes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Present strategic insights to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., CTMP, CTP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
