Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and neural interface applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen AI systems with <2% error margins
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists through our proprietary innovation framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from prototype to commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, or Rust)
- Validated experience with agile development and DevOps practices
