Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems and patent landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience with global technology policy advocacy
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
