Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, climate tech, and digital infrastructure
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Stay ahead of regulatory developments in emerging tech sectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech
- Executive-level experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum Specialist, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
