Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends and emerging disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including AI ethics frameworks, quantum applications, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic insights and technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical, sustainable, and inclusive technology deployment
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing architectures and scalable system design
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Technology Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants or venture funding
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
