Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized futuristic innovations
- Security clearance preferred for defense-adjacent projects
