Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced AI, metaverse)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation initiatives with $5M+ innovation budgets
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or AR/VR technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
