Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology foresight, R&D strategy, or emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing future-facing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience working with global teams across APAC, EU, and Americas markets
