Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps that generated measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR) and their practical applications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with ability to model complex technological disruption scenarios
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Tech Futures Institute) or innovation management strongly preferred
