Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing future workforce and consumer needs
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, climate, and demographic disruptions affecting tech ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption rates of future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting technology initiatives
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI, biotech, and space technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
