- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Secure $2M+ in R&D funding through compelling investor pitches and grant proposals
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present quarterly technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5+ innovation specialists in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and venture capital pitching experience
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
