Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026-forward technology strategy aligning with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, Web4.0)
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for innovation projects
- Forge strategic alliances with tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab on prototyping and agile methodologies
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record scaling tech solutions from concept to $50M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future-tech topics
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
