- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and future regulations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
- Collaborate with academic partners on future-focused research projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or scale-up technology companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience with EU AI Act and global tech regulatory landscapes
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling and budget management
