Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 2026 strategic roadmap
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop implementation frameworks for emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage innovation portfolio balancing high-risk R&D with scalable commercial applications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into existing ecosystems
- Build relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling and budgeting
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
