- Manage $15M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Anticipate disruptive threats and opportunities through horizon-scanning methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology forecasting
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic tech planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in IEEE Nature on quantum/AI convergence (2019-2023)
- Proven track record of launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred for defense-adjacent projects
