Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype and validate future solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology initiatives into corporate vision
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario-based forecasting
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes impacting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services with future-oriented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and design-thinking environments
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences and industry conferences
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy certification) a plus
