Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead $50M+ R&D initiatives across 5 innovation labs globally
- Drive strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 100 tech leaders
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging tech domains (minimum 15 filings/year)
- Present tech foresight at Davos, CES, and IEEE summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech research programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with $100M+ budget oversight
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech trends
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-neutral tech
- Track record of securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
