Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of sustainability tech (carbon capture, renewable systems)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory landscapes
