Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year horizon implementation success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, and sustainable tech
- Track record of leading digital transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 organizations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field required
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
