Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, partners, and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI tracking
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
