- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation
- Design governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in technology strategy, futures thinking, or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
