- Drive digital transformation programs and innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in AI, IoT, blockchain, or other emerging tech domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast market trends and competitive threats
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
