Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation labs exploring biotech-AI convergence and neural interfaces
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into enterprise DNA
- Present disruptive strategies at global forums like Web Summit and CES
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Bioengineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in exponential tech domains
- Published research in Nature or IEEE on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to unicorn status
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of launched products with >1M users
