- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage metrics
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with agile resource allocation methodologies
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- 12+ years in enterprise technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ major tech initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI, IoT, biotech)
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- PMP or CTO certification preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic highly advantageous
