Responsibilities
- Lead development of 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech) for strategic integration
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prioritize innovation initiatives
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or biotechnology
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., CTO, CSPO)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with executive presence
- Experience building technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
