Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to global implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams across engineering, data science, and business units
