Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate technological capabilities into competitive advantages
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Drive innovation workshops with global partners and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, AGI development, or neurotech
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering required
