Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption windows
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2020+ vision execution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling technology solutions across global enterprise environments
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent professional accreditation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year technology forecasting
