Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive innovations
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic visions to investors and executive stakeholders
- Build and manage an elite innovation incubator team
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and managing P&L for tech initiatives
