Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological innovation ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive organizational change management for tech transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Experience scaling global technology operations
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight preferred
