Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to define 2026 strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing next-gen product roadmaps
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and pilot program implementation
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future technology initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into scalable solutions
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., Google AI, AWS Machine Learning)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
