Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-convergence) for strategic integration opportunities
- Present technology vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships for R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal technology literacy programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate strategy or tech innovation with 2025+ horizon planning experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 future-tech products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, patent landscaping, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders
