- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and launch next-gen products
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product development cycles
- Mentor R&D teams on futuristic technology implementation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions to commercial viability
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/biotech)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to launch
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental tech initiatives
- Presentation skills to influence C-suite and external stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
