Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Develop future-proof business models and go-to-market strategies for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, IoT)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
