- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTO, TOGAF, or PMP) preferred
