Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with ROI projections
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future adoption
- Mentor R&D teams on futuristic technology integration methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution trends
- MS/MBA in Technology, Innovation, or related field preferred
