Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and next-gen neural networks
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners in healthcare and climate tech
- Author white papers on AI governance frameworks for the World Economic Forum
- Manage cross-functional pods of quantum engineers and AI ethicists
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from DARPA and NSF
- Present at CES and Web Summit to shape industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech projects from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, or bio-integrated systems
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Technology Goals
