Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, AI governance frameworks, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in long-term technology planning
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or climate tech)Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
