Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
