Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for competitive disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech leaders and academic institutions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 15+ global business units
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation velocity
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of scaling tech ecosystems through multiple innovation cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Experience with M&A integration and technology due diligence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Global technology ecosystem network with Fortune 500 relationships
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester, McKinsey)
