Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with focus on quantum-AI convergence and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for strategic integration
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for ethical tech implementation and governance
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders including government agencies
- Mentor a specialized team of futurists and technology architects
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing commercialized future-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or future studies
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CFTE)
