Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Published research in IEEE Nature on quantum/AI convergence by 2024
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for 2026 tech (EU AI Act, US Quantum Act)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
