Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, academia, and industry consortiums
- Present technology vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and talent development
- Ensure ethical technology deployment and sustainability compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 scale experience
- Proven track record in launching transformative tech products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology MBA
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, conferences)
- Experience scaling global tech teams across 3+ continents
