Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and assess technical feasibility
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neural interfaces) and translate into actionable strategies
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaborations
- Define KPIs for innovation success and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in product development lifecycle from concept to market launch
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Governance) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent industry innovation leadership experience
