- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to scout disruptive innovations
- Mentor a team of 5 strategists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Demonstrated success securing executive buy-in for complex transformation initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
